  • Which type of water treatment product should I purchase?
    Once you know what is in your water through a water analysis, then you can better determine what you need to remove. We can do a FREE water test in your home and then be able to determine which product is better for you.
  • Will the device you are recommending treat enough water to accommodate my family’s needs?
    YES, it would purify your whole home water. You would get purified water on every tap of your home.
  • Does your water purification system remove LEAD, BACTERIA, CHLORINE AND ARSENIC from the water?"
    Yes, our water purification system removes lead, bacteria, chlorine, arsenic and other chemicals and contaminates from your home water.

  • How often do I need to add salt to the equipment?
    This will depend on the type of system you have, if it is city water or well water, in both cases the salt level should always be up to half the tank (Recommended maximum).
  • Will you be installing and servicing the device? Is that free, and if not, what will it cost?"
    Intallation is FREE.
  • If I move to a new house, do you move the equipment?"
    Yes! We can offer the moving services for a fee, it depends on the distance from your old house to your new house.
  • Does the water purification systems need maintenance?

  • What type of salt do I need to add the equipment?
    It will depend on the type of system you have. For City water The recommended option is "Diamond Crystal Salt Pellets". (Yellow) For well water the recommended option is "Diamond Crystal Iron Fighter". (Red)
  • How much salt do I need to add to the equipment?
    Salt level should always be up to half the tank (Recommended maximum).
  • Does the water purification system give any type of warning when it runs out of salt?
    The water purification system does not give any warning when it is out of salt. We recommend our customers to check the tank once a month to verify the amount of salt in it.
  • How often does the Osmosis Reverse need maintenance?
    Reverse Osmosis Maintenance is every 1 year, you must call Customer Service +1(844) 326-8308.
  • If I have a well water system that uses Bleach, how should I fill it?
    For every 1 gallon of Bleach you must add 2 gallons of water.
  • What type of bleach should I use?
    Minimum 7% sodium hypochlorite without fragrance or odors, you can buy it at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Amazon, etc.
  • Why does my well system use Bleach?
    It is used to kill bacteria
  • Why is a pre-filter installed before the well water system?
    It is installed as a preventative measure to protect the system from sand and other sediments contained in well water.   • Do you have a contractor’s license, business license, and liability insurance?"
    Yes, we do have contractors license and liability insurance.
  • What type of warranty comes with this product?
    Our system has a 25-year warranty.
  • What happens if my water purification system is off?
    If you notice that the system display is OFF, you should call Customer Service +1(844) 326-8308, we must first check that the current source has power, in many occasions the GFCI current source has a safety mechanism that cuts the current.

  • What happens if the equipment is disconnected from the power?
    If the equipment is disconnected from the power, the equipment will use a 48-hour battery to save its programming, if the equipment exceeds 48 hours without power, you should call our technical support at +1(844) 326-8308, to reprogram the equipment at no cost to you.
